What are the GAP STANDARDS?
Good Agricultural Practices (or GAP Standards) are general guidelines from the United States Food & Drug Administration (FDA) for reducing the risk of contamination of fresh produce by microbial organisms.
At Disinfecting Services, we have the ability to apply the GAP Standards of cleaning and disinfecting to your operation. With our approved application methods and disinfecting chemicals we can certify that you have met GAP Standards.

At Disinfecting Services, we understand how important it is to provide documentation during an audit showing that your facility has been cleaned and disinfected properly according to GAP Standards.
This is why we make sure to provide written certification for our customers who hire us to perform the washing, cleaning and disinfecting for them.
